1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the website nordlinde.jimagie.com (the Website) is processed and protected.

1.3. The Policy applies to all personal data the Controller receives through the Website.

1.4. By submitting the form, the user gives consent to the processing of personal data by a separate action. The text of the document: consent to personal data processing.

2. What data is processed and why

• Request form. Data: name, phone number or email address, whether the user has a plot, the page of submission. Purposes: replying to the request, consulting on a house design, agreeing terms. Retention: 12 months from the date of the request unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
• Record of consent. Data: date and time, version of the consent text, page of submission, the user’s contact. Retention: 12 months from the date of the request unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
• Technical data. Data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of requests. Purpose: operation and security of the Website. Retention: no longer than needed for security.

The data is not used for mailings unrelated to the user’s request.

3. Legal basis

Data from the request form is processed on the basis of the user’s consent. Technical data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the Website.

4. Cookies and third-party services

4.1. The Website uses cookies and the browser’s local storage. A session identifier and the choice made in the consent banner are required for operation. This data is not used for tracking.

4.2. Third-party services (for example maps, video, analytics) are connected only after the user agrees in the banner on the Website. Before consent there are no requests to third-party servers. At the date of this version no third-party services are connected. When one is connected, the IP address and browser information are passed to it, and the list of services is added to the Policy.

4.3. The choice can be changed at any time using the “Consent settings” link at the bottom of the page. Cookies can be deleted or blocked in the browser settings, in which case some features of the Website will stop working.

5. Sharing of data

5.1. Personal data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.

5.2. Data may be received by providers without whom the Website does not work: the hosting provider, the email service and message delivery services. They receive data to the extent needed for their service and under confidentiality terms.

5.3. Data is stored on servers located in Germany.

5.4. Data is disclosed at the request of authorized bodies in cases provided by law.

6. User rights

6.1. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of processing and information about it, to receive a copy of their data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority or a court.

6.2. To exercise these rights, it is enough to send a request to info@nordlinde.jimagie.com. The request is reviewed within the period set by law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Data protection

The Website works over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to authorized persons. The request form is protected against automated submissions and limited in request frequency.
