Consent to personal data processing

1. Who gives consent and to whom

By submitting the request form on the website nordlinde.jimagie.com, the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to the Controller, Nordlinde (contact: info@nordlinde.jimagie.com), to the processing of their personal data under the terms of this document and the Privacy policy.

2. What data

• name;
• phone number or email address;
• whether the user has a plot;
• the page of the Website from which the request was sent;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device information.

3. Purposes of processing

• replying to the request;
• consulting on a house design;
• agreeing terms.

4. Permitted actions with the data

Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to providers to the extent needed for the Website to work, deletion and destruction, using automated means.

5. Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@nordlinde.jimagie.com. After withdrawal the data is deleted unless its storage is required by law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Proof of consent

When the form is submitted, the date and time, the consent mark, the version of this text and the page of submission are saved.
